A deposit of $500 (which will be applied towards your booth rental cost) is required to secure your place. We will contact you when exhibit sales become available, and you will among the primary group to have the opportunity to select your space. At that time, you will be able to secure your specific booth and location. The Texas Society of Architects (TxA) shall make every effort to assign exhibit space in the location requested by exhibitor on the application. Notwithstanding the above, TxA reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary.
