The theme of TxA’s 2020 Annual  Conference + Showcase ⁠— Catalyst ⁠— has found new meaning. We have found the silver lining in “the cloud.”  Our Annual Conference is now virtual, and will take place online over three days, from October 28–30, 2020. The virtual conference platform will allow attendees to participate in educational programs and networking activities from their computers, telephones, and mobile devices.

Why a Virtual Conference?

COVID-19 has changed the way we live, interact, and meet. Our main priority is the safety and well-being of our members, supplier partners, and staff. For this reason, we have proactively made the decision to reimagine this year’s event into a dynamic, interactive, virtual experience. The spirit of our past Annual Conferences will remain intact as we continue to offer outstanding keynotes, timely breakout sessions, informative tours, engaging networking opportunities, and a fully interactive supplier experience.

About Our Supplier Showcase

Our Sponsor Showcase will allow sponsors to create a “digital booth” that features the same products and services displayed in traditional exhibit booths. Registered participants will “stroll through the virtual exhibit hall” where they can view company and product videos, interact with vendors via real-time chat sessions, connect through social media platforms, and receive “show specials” just like they would in a typical trade show environment.

Digital Booths

To bring the conference to our attendees, we will be using a customized portal to host all conference activities.

Included with your booth is a customizable 2D booth template, equipped with lead capture, guest analytics, and notifications for guest entrance/exits. Additional booth enhancements are available at additional costs. Download this PDF to learn more.

Video on Demand
Each digital booth can feature company and product videos to generate brand awareness and drive sales.

Live Chat
Attendees can click on any exhibitor chat button to start a real-time live chat session with exhibitors.

Product Listings
Exhibitors can display detailed descriptions and information for numerous products and services for attendees to review. Each listing features a video gallery and document library.

Document Library
The document library features links to brochures, web pages, whitepapers, ebooks, guides and other valuable sales collateral.

Special Show Offers
Exhibitors can extend the interaction with attendees and enhance the prospect of a sale with special offers. Within their profile they can create ads for promotional sales events.


The conference will kick off on Wednesday, October 28, and will run through Friday, October 30. Our virtual Sponsor Showcase will take place over these three days, providing one hour of dedicated Showcase time each day. No competing events or educational sessions will be scheduled against these  time slots, allowing our sponsoring exhibitors full access to our attendees.

If you purchased a 10′ X 20′ or smaller booth, you will receive the following (or similar) benefits:

  1. Customizable booth in the Sponsor Showcase
  2. The opportunity to start impactful conversations with booth visitors, allowing you to capture their contact information
  3. Daily dedicated time with scanned leads (60 minutes per day)
  4. A three-minute, pre-recorded introduction of your products/services for attendees to view on our website before and after the event
  5. Acknowledgement during the conference keynote session

Beware of Expo Scams

It has been brought to our attention that scam artists, fraudulent companies, and vendors not contracted by TxA have been targeting exhibitors participating in tradeshows across the country. Be careful of companies emailing and posing as vendors for our event. Some scams include housing, mailing lists, directory listings, and onsite services.

TxA never sells attendee lists. 

If you are contacted by any outside company you find suspicious or are unsure whether they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please contact Tod Stehling immediately, and if possible include any e-mail communication you received from this vendor.
