Join us for the first-ever ‘Design Talks’ at the Austin Central Library featuring guest speaker Phoebe Lickwar! Design Talks comprises five luncheons each year. In 2019, these will take place at the new Austin Central Library. Lunch will be served. 

Phoebe Lickwar is an associate professor at the UT School of Architecture, as well as a founding principal of FORGE Landscape Architecture, a research and design practice dedicated to catalyzing positive sociocultural and ecological change through exhibition and built work. She has more than 15 year of experience in the design and construction of culturally significant gardens and landscapes including the National Wold War I Memorial at Pershing Park in Washington, D.C. and the National September 11 Memorial in New York City.
