Architecture is shaped by contrast: light and shadow, form and void, clarity and mystery. At TxA DesCon26: CHIAROSCURO, we’ll explore how this contrast continues to inspire meaningful design today.

Rooted in Renaissance art and brought to life in the vivid landscapes of Phoenix and Scottsdale, CHIAROSCURO provides a powerful lens for understanding space. Frank Lloyd Wright’s work at Taliesin West exemplifies how deep shade and light can become essential tools for revealing form, guiding circulation, and shaping user experience.
