Lead development of design and technical aspects of architectural projects through construction documents and construction, including regulatory reviews; Manage multiple small to medium size architectural projects including coordination of consultants, preparation of design and construction drawings and specifications, bidding, and construction administration; Professional degree in architecture required; advanced degree in historic preservation; 5-7 years minimum working in architect firm.
