2014 Texas Trailbreak Reception in Chicago

This month at the 2014 AIA National Convention in Chicago, the Texas Society of Architects will host our annual Texas Trailbreak Reception to honor the 21 new Texan members of the AIA College of Fellows. The 2014 Texas Trailbreak Reception will take place on Friday, June 27, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at the Congress Plaza Hotel (520 S. AIA Announces 2014 Fellows — 21 Texas Architects Named

Congratulations to the following Texas Architects elevated to Fellowship in 2014: Russell N. Buchanan, FAIA AIA Dallas Principal at Buchanan Architecture in Dallas, Buchanan's projects are widely recognized for their sculptural composition, geometric rigor, attention to detail and integrity of craft. He is an adjunct professor of architecture at The University of Texas at Arlington and co-founded the Dallas Architecture Forum. Texas Trailbreak Reception

This month at the 2013 AIA National Convention in Denver, the Texas Society of Architects will host our annual Texas Trailbreak Reception to honor the 13 new Texan members of the AIA College of Fellows. The Texas Trailbreak Reception will take place on Friday, June 21, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., in Crestone Ballroom B at the Embassy Suites Denver – Downtown/Convention Center. There were 122 architects elevated to the College of Fellows this year, which means Texas possesses over a full tenth of all new Fellows. This is a record number for us and definitely something to celebrate!
