The Texas Society of Architects Studio Awards recognize innovation and excellence in design. Real or theoretical projects that go beyond the boundaries of architecture by addressing current critical issues are encouraged.

Our 2013 Studio Awards jury consisted of New York City-based Paul Lewis of LTL Architects, Amale Andraos of WORK Architecture Company, Lyn Rice of Rice+Lipka Architects, and Gordon Kipping of G TECTS. Four designs were selected from among 59 entries. These projects will be featured in the November/December issue of Texas Architect magazine.

This year's competition emphasized projects that demonstrate quality design and creative thought. The awards jury met in New York on Thursday, July 18 to review all projects submitted for consideration. The following entries were honored with Studio Awards. Congratulations to all the recipients, and thanks to all who entered.
