Texas Architect Elizabeth Chu Richter, FAIA, to Lead AIA in 2015

At the recent AIA National Convention, held on June 20-22 in Denver, Texas Architect Elizabeth Chu Richter, FAIA, was elected 2014 First Vice President and 2015 President of AIA. Richter, currently a member of the AIA National Board of Directors, is CEO of Richter Architects in Corpus Christi and a past president of the Society.

Words, tone, and inflection are our tools for influencing others with our passion and knowledge of architecture. 2012: The New Year Members Only

An expression used without sufficient consideration is "welcoming in a new year." The New Year does bring a new start of metrics. We restart the annual counters for withholding tax, utilization rates, revenue projections, and seemingly endless payments of one kind of insurance or another. The New Year, for you perhaps, includes new responsibilities, a new position, or (considering) new resolutions.
