Description

Are you a future fellow of the AIA? This session will provide you with a roadmap to align your résumé and your professional focus with the expectations and requirements of a successful fellowship application. Learn what accomplishments the jury looks for, how to plan ahead for the process, and think strategically about leadership and opportunities to make meaningful contributions to the profession. Your résumé holds clues to where you might focus your efforts: find out how your passions can open the door to a strong and compelling FAIA submittal. Hear from those who have been in the trenches and survived to tell the tale and those beginning the journey. We'll also review what to expect from the process, how to cultivate those all-important references, and what it means to be an AIA Fellow.
