Booth Selection

Before entering your booth information, please check the floor plan for accurate booth type: P=Premium, C=Corner. If you select and pay for the incorrect booth type, an additional charge will apply and an invoice will be sent via email with payment due upon receipt.

Subject to the policies stated in the Display Rules and Regulations, Contract Conditions and the Exposition Policy Manual that are part of this application and will be made available upon request, we hereby lease booth space from the Texas Society of Architects for the duration of this exposition. We agree to pay according to the following schedule below:

Sponsorship of the Convention Welcome Party in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, November 6, 2014. As a sponsor, I will receive name recognition through signage at the event and four drink tickets for the Party. $175

We also agree to pay appropriate registration fees for all booth personnel in excess of the complimentary allotment. Four complimentary exhibitor badges are provided for each 10’ x 10’ space requested. 50% payment and the completed application are required at the time of selection. This application becomes a binding application when the confirmation is sent to the applicant. If this application is not accepted, all deposits and exhibit space payments received with this application will be refunded in full within 30 days of receipt. After the deposit or final payment is received, the following schedule applies on cancelled exhibit space: if the date of cancellation is between June 1 and June 30, the exhibitor will forfeit 30% of the payment; July 1 and July 31, exhibitor forfeits 60%; on or after August 1, exhibitor forfeits 100% of the payment. Show management must be notified of all cancellations.

Location Preference

Please read carefully. View the floorplan and verify the availability of booth space. If the exhibitor fails to verify space and none of the below preferences are available, Texas Society of Architects reserves the right to make the selection for the exhibitor.
