Our portfolio includes a variety of project types including both Commercial and Residential projects. Our current project types include the following project types:

• Residential:

o Mid-Rise Multi-Family infill projects.
o Master planning of Residential Planned Communities.
o Single Family Residences.
o Landscape Design.

• Commercial:

o Mixed-use Development Projects.
o Restaurants.
o Retail Lease Spaces, and


The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Architect to add to our team of talented individuals to work with us on our current and future projects. Mirador Group offers great opportunity for personal and professional growth, while working on numerous project types.

Involvement would include all related aspects and phases of a project(s), including the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding or Negotiation, and Construction Administration phases.


Requirements:

• General Requirements:

o Degree in Architecture.
o Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.

• Professional Ability:

o Commercial and/or Single family experience is required (Muitl-Family Experience preferred)
o Good Design Sense and Ability.
o Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Revit (Proficiency in Revit is preferred).
o Computer graphic skills is preferred, although not required.
o Ability to take a project from inception through completion.
o Understanding and experience with the preparation of construction documents, including the ability to accurately design and document architectural construction details.
o Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
o Is comfortable and knowledgeable in navigating the building codes.
