TASA/TASB Exhibit of School Architecture — Call for Entries
TASA/TASB is seeking submissions for its 2015 Exhibit of School Architecture. Founded in 1987, this competition recognizes newly built and renovated Texas schools by celebrating excellence in planning and design of the learning environment. Entries are due June 1. Winning projects will be on display at this year's TASA/TASB Convention.

14 Texas Architects Elevated to Fellowship in 2015
The American Institute of Architects has announced the newest members of the College of Fellows. Fourteen Texas architects are among the 147 nationwide to receive this prestigious honor. Only about 3,200 of AIA's total 80,000 members hold this distinction. Congratulations to the AIA Fellowship Class of 2015!

Architizer's Third Annual A+ Awards is open for submissions with over 93 categories, including 11 new architecture categories and 33 new product categories, until December 19, 2014.

Last year, Dallas accepted the 2014 100 Resilient City Challenge, agreeing to tackle ageing infrastructure, chronic energy shortages, flooding, and terrorism. As a variety of campaigns are encouraging a more holistic approach to architecture that embraces technology under the umbrella of resiliency, this issue looks at how efforts in theory and practice are taking different approaches to the topic.
